Lovie: “Ok Adam, here’s the plan: In two years I’m going to be named head coach of the Chicago Bears. Are you following me, son? You, on the other hand, are going to overachieve here in St. Louis for one more season. Then, that one guy from the Redskins. Yeah, you know him. The guy who treats NFL free agency like a 10-year old does when playing Madden. Snyder. That’s the name. Daniel Snyder will ink you to a ridiculous, record-breaking contract. When we all know white safeties are only good at stopping the run. After blowing big time in your first couple of games, you’ll sit out the rest of the season. Following that year, we’ll trade for you. Yes, you’ll come to Chicago. Fans will immediately love you because you’re an 80 overall on Madden. We’ll even trade that lamer Chris Harris to get you here. The rest will be history. Adam, are you listening to me? Adam? God dammit, Adam!”

Comment by Orton's Lazy Eye May 7, 2008 @ 2:51 pmHaha. Nice. And yep, Archuleta’s wife is smoking, that’s for sure.
Archuleta was one of my favorite players in the league when he played for the Rams. He was actually my favorite defensive player on the team. Great player, right up until he started having neck and back problems, then had surgery on his neck. Then after that, the rest WAS history. Never was the same player. A lot of fans don’t remember, but he was one of the most fearsome hitters in the league for a while.
Comment by Troy May 11, 2008 @ 6:08 amI don’t care if Archuleta plays soccer. He was my favorite Ram. Now he’s my favorite Raider. when I looked him up in raiders roster he’s wearing #42 anybody remember #42? Lol….
